I am an aviation photographer from the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border.  My interest in aviation was sparked by my very first flight in 1992, aged 11.  I still remember almost every detail of this flight, including visiting the flight deck (a rare treat nowadays).

I started taking photographs when I was 13 years old, on day trips to Birmingham and East Midlands Airport.  These were the days of BAC 1-11s and 727s, when there was no such thing as a low cost airline, and every airport had a viewing gallery.

Times may have changed but in the 20 years that have passed I have travelled the world enjoying my hobby, taking me to places far and wide, including amazing places such as New Zealand, Singapore, the USA and Hong Kong.  

I am happily married and we have a beautiful son, who is fast following in his Daddy's footsteps :-)
